There are many stages in a new home construction. We inspect from the foundation to the roof any anything in between while the inside of the home is still exposed. Before it is covered by Insulation and sheetrock

Radon Testing

Radon Gas is a natural occurring radioactive gas that omits from the ground. Elevated radon levels can be harmful to the occupants of the home. It is odorless. A certified Radon inspector will take samples in the home to measure the level of radon gas .This can put your mind at ease to know that the levels are not dangerous.

Air Quality Testing

Air quality testing consists of a visual inspection of the areas of concern. We take a minimum of 3 air samples around the concerned areas of the home or business and one baseline sample outside the home or business. The samples are sent to an independent lab for analysis and the resulting report. Our final report will be provided upon completion of this service to discuss the results and further action if necessary.

Mold Inspection

Mold inspection consists of a visual inspection of the home or business area, including the basement, crawlspace, and attic, if available. Areas that appear to be concerning will require special attention. Moisture content and relative humidity readings are taken to assist in our inspection. A non-invasive visual inspection of the HVAC system is done to look for signs of microbial growth. We may take samples that will be sent to an independent lab for analysis and the resulting report. Our final report is provided upon completion of this service to discuss the results and further action if necessary.
